Winter is well on its way, the nights are drawing in, and its getting light later and later..

But working inside, most of the time the problem is the temputare, definitely feeling the cold now.

along with the knee , not loving the lower end of the degree's scale ... but we soldier on.

The other I wanted to touch on , is Microsoft Small Business Server , replacement,  No Exchange  !!! if you want Exchange it will cost you !!! My own opinion , not sure if they have made the correct decision there..but ! what can you do, I have found a Linux alternative , that Im looking into... which might work

Well the leaves are falling off the trees, there is a nip in the air.

As this blog is for both business and personal, I thought id share a few things with you.

The first happened the other day, sitting outside with my dad having a cup of tea, enjoying the sunshine. A loud crash comes from upstairs, thinking it was my son crashing about. Until my son comes down and says. I think you better come and see this....

Part of the ceiling in the master bedroom has come down..

So for two days i have started the repair. So thats a nightmare in its own..  But plaster gets everywhere and the dust has irritated the throat.

The second thing was rescuing my daughter from the wrong station. See even after they leave..... They still need their daddies....

Nearly the end of August

Well nearly the end of August.

Bank holiday is upon us. It has been a busy day I have done the garden, cleaned the car out.

Now I just have the rest of the stuff to do .... The list gets longer by the day.

Now just climbed in the sack to catch some zzzzz.....zzzzzz....s

So tired at the mo. Also really need to get the teeth sorted out.

RIP Great Uncle David

Well , we said goodbye to a great man. my Great Uncle David. It was great send off. Only one thing was an annoyance. My now divorced step mother decided to turn up with my aunt and cousin. She had no right to be there... So angry

August is here !!!

Well another month, they seem to go so quickly...

Been sorting out the rooms getting myself back to how I want to be.

Life does throw you some curve balls. But you keep going.

I know had my fair share over the past few years..

my main aim this month is to push the business . With some new exciting products and services  coming on line, once i have the agreements in place will announce it.

July Heading to August ........

I Can't believe it ....(in the words of Victor Meldrew)  its nearly August.......

Where has the year gone,   Well had the birthday , another year wiser, Looking back it use to be more simple then , 

Well I 'm using one of the presents I got from my Daughter, a little USB Desk fan , 4 inch in diameter, just enough air to keep you cool , 

It was a time to reflect, been through a bit of a hard time the past few years, but I cant give in , that's not me , for the people who know me , 

As my Nan P ( Nan Priddis) use to say , One day at a time, (I miss her so much) 

So anyway been busy getting on with life , as you do , but I watched the Wolf of Wall Street , the other night, Didn't agree with the drug taking , but making money , did sound good, ;)

And the Cars :) And House :)

But it shows you dont always need a silver spoon in your mouth, to get some where,
Though he took some short cuts , but good film anyway. 

Well the storms didnt help either the other night, as I normally do , shut everything down , it blew the router psu , but lucky had a spare  that works

And I have started taking the bull by the Horns, and slowly get my life back into some order, for  too long now have been worrying about everybody else , and its got me nowhere, So I am now trying to put my house in order as they say.....

Well at least it is summer

Now blogging from my phone as well!

Well it makes it easier....

Well today was up late remoted in to customer sorting out virus malware.

So now off to the land of nod night all

 

Feb Nearly over already,

That was a quick month,

A bit of another roller-coaster ride , up and down....

I did find a good app Evernote   https://evernote.com  , this can be used on your PC and tablets, and iphone,android,blackberry....  Handy for keeping track of everything , you can even photograph things, like reciepts, keep notes, its great.....

I recommend you have a look,

My biggest gripe this month , is having to chase payments, and customers thinking Im a charity , Im not...
Im a business.

I would love to name and shame , but its not wise , that's loading their gun for them... but they know who they are.....

Well ! what a year, with all the ups and downs of life its been a bit of a rollercoaster ride.

With so many things going on in my personal life as well as my business life , I feel I have grown as a person and had a few curve balls fired my way as well. 

but we will get
