Technology doesn't stand still!
Been building a new server and finally using my knowledge, for a production environment.
Server 2016 to host Virtual Servers so using Microsoft's core technology. Its a bit different from Microsoft's Small Business Server.
I still think Microsoft made a mistake by withdrawing this product. but now we have had to move on with Server 2016 , Hyper-V And Virtual Servers, Great learning curve, The hardest thing I found was getting my head round the virtual to physical connection of the server, I can see the practical use of virtual servers, especially if space is an issue.
It just depends on the customers requirements. And their budget.
Still trying to figure out why Microsoft changed the name from Terminal Services to Remote Desktop Services.
